Herbal Remedies for Acne - Are they all Useless?

One consistent thing that acne sufferers report is trying herbal remedies. These herbal remedies for acne are almost always reported to have no effect on the acne. There are a few reasons for this. The first is that most herbal products sold are simply not in the quantity needed to make any difference. They are sold in small dropper bottles of 1oz and you are supposed to take it over 30 days. Or they are sold in capsules for similar time periods. Unfortunately 1 capsule of weak herbs is just not going to do anything. What you would need is large amounts of super high quality herbs to have any effect.

The next problem acne sufferers run into is they take a herbal supplement without changing diet or anything else and blame the herbs. They think they are doing something to help with skin but they are doomed to frustration. Unfortunately no herbs can overcome a bad diet.
